everyone knows what went down because the news was spread all over town

oh my lanta am i tired and a half...

'member when i said i was going to two companies for an interview to figure out where i wanted to intern at??? well i decided to choose Lija because of the people that work there and the opportunities that i would be able to get...that and i found a quicker way to get there!

im not supposed to start my internship until the new year but i got a call from the owner yesterday saying that she knew i was interested in helping out with a couple of photo shoots that they were doing and wanted to know if i was available this week...well i jumped at the chance...

so early this morning i headed downtown to this amazing loft where the photographer lives and has his studio...todays photo shoot was just product shots where you take the clothes and put them on manikins and just take pictures of the clothes...so i spent the day ironing and preparing the clothes, then dressing and undress manikins... (it totally reminded me of you and your work!)

there was me and two other girls working with the photographer...Aja who is in design and Nali who is in marketing...and it turns out that i went to highschool with nalis sister too...

for lunch we went down to this cute little place to eat and chat...but of course i was all shy and said nothing...i was also so hungry that i could not stop eating...cept i ordered this pasta salad and the pasta was so not cooked very much which made it hard and not so yummi as i would have hoped...

after lunch chris took us to see some locations he wants to do the other photo shoots at which i mental noted because they were great little spots of the city which i had never been to so one day when its not so cold and wintery im going to go down to gas town and take some pictures there...

on thursday and friday we are doing lifestyle shoots with models and different locations...the owner Linda asked if i could also take some pictures...when i had sent her a thank you card i took one of the pictures i had taken in new york and put it on the front of it and she loved it so she wants me to take some 'behind the scenes' pictures on thursday and friday to see if any of those turn out so they can use them in their catalogue...so im super excited...

i was going to take pictures today but i wasnt sure of what i could take pictures of and be able to use them on my blog...linda left early so i will have to ask her on thursday if i can use any of the pictures i take for my own personal use...hopefully i can because we are going to be at some amazing locations and i am sure i will have so many pictures...we all know i am a picture whore...the only pictures i took today were from the view of chris' loft...

im super excited for thursday and friday...they are going to be long and tiring but so very worth it...and you guys will all get a first hand look...
