smelly and ciavarro did lunch today…it was good times…

did you know thats its impossible for him to take a decent photo??? now you know…i think he had to go to the bathroom or something…

we met on the skytrain and went downtown for food and beers…we talked about tons of stuff, tho you know it was more of him talking them me since hes the one with all the stories and im the one with nothing…

first stop was Take 5 for some good ol’ italian panini and interesting conversation…then it was off to the lennox pub and even better conversation…

ciavarro is awesome …and all those who think otherwise are just wrong …just sit down with him and have a beer and let the conversation flow and it can go on for hours…hes the kind of guy who can make you see the things you are missing…hes a great listener and has great stories and opinions…

he had lots of good stories about his crazy weekend…and i had lame stories about boys…we talked a lot about blogs and who we had blog crushes on and who we loved to read and what not…

i probablly could have sat there all afternoon and chatted it up with him…its pretty cool when you meet someone and just connect like that…i love blogging for the simple reasone that you meet amazing people…

anyways he gave me good advice …some of it was sketchy but none the less appriciated …hahaha…im excited for asutalia now …im excited for the experiences im going to have and the things im going to do…i shouldn’t be in such a rush to grow up…i should take everything for what it is and live…im only this age once…

last night was the night that dario won the tickets to go watch the canucks game on the couch infront of the big screen tv with beer galore…

we get there and the lady askes us how many people are coming and if we want a table or the couch…and darios all ‘a table sounds good’ and im like ‘UHHHH NO, we won the couch we are taking the couch’…so we got the couch…

darios other friend jon got there with some of his buddies and so jon sat on the couch with us while his buddies sat at the table behind us…

so we’s got food and lots of beer and sat and drank and ate and watched the ‘nucks get fucked…

i dont know how much beer i drank cause every time i turned around someone was filling my glass up to the top…and i just kept drinking it…the one bad thing is that beer puts me to sleep…so i was sitting there on this big comfy couch and all i wanted to do was curl into a ball and sleep…but the guys made fun of me…

i love going to bars to watch stops and listen to all the drunk guys get mad and yell at the TV…its so classy and entertaining…

we lost but none the less the game was pretty crazy and entertaining…and it was hella sweet to sit on a couch in the middle of a bar to watch the big screen…

it totally rocks when you and a friend kinda plan a big get together with people and then everyone cancels on you except your friend…so it ends up being a really lame party and everyones mad…

but none the less…as i have learned from many people dissapointing me in the past…you can rely on others to make you have a good time…you gotta do it on your own…so with that in mind i said to myself that no matter what i was going to have fun tonight…

so dario picked me up and we headed over to the mountain shadow…and it was packed galore…so we sat on these two stools in the middle of no where and talked to the band that was setting up…then patz and his crew showed up all soaking wet…and with no where to sit…and assuming no one else would show up we decided to pile into darios truck and head over to the sharks club where we knew there was going to be room…

so we watched the hockey game and drank beer…and talked about blogging and matthew good…and it was kinda lame that we were the only ones there but none the less…we had fun…pat was there with his girlfriend shaz, and friend mike, and other friend everett and his girlfriend erin…and i was there with former blogger dario…we played a game…

i just lost

we got these tickets handed out to us to win door prizes and darios like ‘who actually expects to win at these things’ and then they pull the number for the grand prize winner…and it was him…he gets to go back on monday and watch the canucks game on a big sofa with 3 friends and free beer…and im gonna be one of the friends…OH YES!

after the game we all said good bye…dario was my ride home and he was falling alseep due to lack of sleep the night before and patz and his friend jetted off into the night…

so all in all…although it was small and just us i still had fun…patz is totally coolio and we are going to hang out more since he lives two feet from my house…but hes flying home to edmonton so after when he come back we will be cool together…

i should comment about project runway but i wont other then i love when santino acts like tim talking about andre…priceless…but thats a side bar…

i spruced up the place a little bit…hope you like it…not that it matters cause its my place but you know…

i got some early birthday presents in the mail this week…i was hoping they would come before i left so that i could bring them along with me and they did so im super excited!

screetus suprised me and sent me the t-shirt i wanted for my birthday (which is may 7th so start sending gifts now) and he said he sent it early so that i can wear it in australia which i totally am!

my mom ordered me two books that i have wanted for some time and they came as well…raymis – marketable depression and peters – plastic…

im going to read them on the plane…i do have 18 hours on a plane…i must fill it with something to do… im quite excited about the books…i really dont read much but i think its cool when people you kinda know write them and then you get to read something that is more familiar to you…as well you are supporting the people whos blogs you read and love…

p.s. peter has convinced me to write a book as well…thats going to be my goal during my trip…so hopefully you will see something on that soon!
