My face is turning into a Pizza. It became more evident to me today when Alicia took pictures of me. It’s quite unfortunate. That and my hair dried really funny the last time I washed it and it just looks weird to me.
I made a Red Pepper, Feta Cheese, Roasted Pin Nuts dip last night & a Bacon Spinich dip. The Bacon Spinich dip when like mad. Dario said there wasn’t enough bacon in it. I said there was too much. It took me two hours to make everything but it was worth it and I enjoy it. I’m Italian. I am suppose to offer you way too much home made food when you come over. It’s in my blood.
The Canucks lost but then again they ALWAYS loose when we all get together to watch the game. We jinx them. We get so excited to finally all get together and eat food and watch them game and then they flush it down the toilet for us. Not cool.
It was nice to finally get together with Sonia, Juliana, & Darren though. We don’t see them enough. I think we might crash there football party this Saturday.
I think I am going to go home tonight and eat the rest of the red pepper dip and then puke my guts out because of how rich it is. Ha.
I was so exhusted by the time everyone left yesterday. Thankfully I did all the dishes and stuff before so I don’t have a pile waiting for me tonight. I always dirty way more dishes then I need to when I’m making food.
I’ve totally lost my train of thought in this post. But thats ok. You won’t read it anyways.
I’ve gotta go to Costco tonight to pick up some pictures and apparently go for a Contact Fitting even though I’ve worn contacts before. I don’t understand. All I want to do it buy a pack from them but instead I have to go through this whole process of getting fitted and getting checked out and yadda yadda. I’m kinda annoyed. Its going to be a mad house trying to get there at this time.
Lets hope I am in and out.
