Remember when I use to take outfit photos? So do I.

I’m not going to lie. After spending a year taking a picture of myself every day I never wanted to see another outfit photo for the rest of my life. I think enough time has passed that I can start to get in it again. That is, if I can find things. Clothes, shoes, and jewelry are still in boxes spread out over the lower mainland. Story of my LIFE.

NO MORE EXCUSES.

I will most likely only take photos on the weekends, when I get dressed up to go somewhere, because my day to day apparel these days is pretty sad.

Friday we headed to Hastings Racecourse for our first race of the season.

After years of picking horses to win based on their name I think I have learned that I need to stop doing that. I keep losing money. Especially on that damn Jewish horse. Personally, I blame Pat Zaph.

We (I mean Chad) decided to segregate the girls and boys. I told the boys to look serious. I think this is pretty accurate of their personalities.

I have no idea how much money I won or lost. All I know is that Elise and I had a bottle of wine.

At some point in the evening Shazzi brought up the Little Mermaid and we started singing the song. I then chose to prove that a fork could be used as a comb. Class act, I am.

We were going to end the evening at Casa Gelato, but it was closed, so we decided to go to McDonalds for Ice Cream. Unfortunately they ran out of chocolate. Who runs out of chocolate!? The vanilla was still pretty good.

Then I kicked everyone out of my car and went to bed.
